Polyester Backgrounds


Terrariumopmaat.nl can provide you with very excusive terrariums with polyester backgrounds.

These backgrounds are specially made for you in every size you would like, to make it a perfect fit in your terrarium.

Polyester has a couple of benefits in compression with normal materials. It is stone-hard, no feeding animals can get through and hide inside your background. It is also easy in maintaining, because it is water resistant. This is good for the hygiene.

You can calculate the price of your polyester background yourself. It works this way. Polyester will cost you 4 eurocent per square cm. ( 25,8 eurocent per square inch ). Example : if you need a background of 100 cm x 50 cm that makes a total of 5000 square cm. Multiply 5000 with 4 eurocent and the background will cost you €200,- add the price of the terrarium and you will know the total price.

You can also order the backgrounds without a terrarium if you want to build a terrarium yourself. There are a lot of different patterns and shapes like Greek, Roman, Rockery etc.etc.
